Biryaniwalla Hamilton is on Upper Gage Avenue on the Hamilton Mountain. As the name says, biryani is the star. The kitchen makes Hyderabadi-style dum biryani with chicken, mutton and vegetables, cooked with fragrant basmati rice and whole spices, plus sides and other Indian dishes. It is open until 11 p.m. every day. Takeout and catering are available, and vegetarian biryani is on the menu. If you live on the Mountain and want a proper biryani without driving to the GTA, Biryaniwalla is one of the best-rated choices in Hamilton.
